Mid-range priced hotel with high-end service and amenities. The continental breakfast and coffee bar is a super start to any day. Rooms are sparkling. The general manager is hands-on with customer service and friendly/accommodating. I cannot recommend this place highly enough.
Well traveling for medical was our first stop on way to Toronto. Front desk very nice and helpful and we received 10% off next visit. Front entrance very nice and accommodating. It has a breakfast available. Coffee was good as we grabbed and hit the road next morning. They were doing renovations so will be good as beds were very cozy but rooms a bit dated but were clean. Have notes to leave if rooms need anything. Our sink didn't drain well but am sure was fixed up as we left a note. Thanks for the great hospitality! Prices are a little higher with exchange. So not a budget place.
It was a great place to stay. Love that they have the smaller kiddie pool option for the little ones! The promotion of recycling containers in the community and private rooms is commendable. From someone who is trying to be earth friendly, I love that they have the refillable containers in the shower. Now if they would EXTEND that to the sink area with a liquid soap pump and a lotion pump.
Clean hotel and fun pool area. The Hotel staff were so friendly and helpful. The lady that ran the breakfast was so sweet, she went out of her way to get my son a donut in the back. Great place to stay
This was the best stay I've had in years of staying at lots of different hotels. Beds were comfortable, rooms were clean. I needed some help carrying my bags to my room, Sean was so kind and helped me with them, instead of just giving me a cart and saying here you go, do it yourself, like I've had other places do, he just grabbed my bags and carried them to my room for me. He was helpful when I had a few questions for him, and was able to assist me quickly. The breakfast was great, I loved the endless coffee available. Now im ready to hit the road again. Thanks for the wonderful stay, hope to see you again soon.
Everything was perfect but the swimming pool area was a problem ..because you let people who are not staying at hotel come in and swim everyday caused a problem with us and our kids trying to enjoy the pool one was people taking up all the room with their jackets and boots and outside clothing thrown all over and a couple complaining cause our kids were jumping in having fun and someone from outside said that bothers us which is really stupid it is a pool and they are having fun ..2 ladies said stay out of the deep end we are doing laps ( really that is too bad we are paying to stay at hotel and our kids love swimming the most so sorry but no they will swim where they want) when they come in they drag mud and stuff from outside our kids stepped in and then it all gets in pool and swearing even when we asked be careful we had 4 kids swimming under 12..I just dont think that is right when we pay for our stay alot of money and mostly the swimming for the kids we stayed 4 days and been staying here for 5 years our grandkids live in fergus falls mn and we come from iowa at least 6 times a year if not more ..we might have to look at other hotels if this happens everytime ...
I stay here for 12 days at a time when working 4 different times now. Rooms clean, breakfast and pool great! Shout out to the lady who takes care of breakfast. She is super nice and always on top of everything.Although if you’re looking for a peaceful weekend, not the best due to kids hockey players coming every time I’ve been here running up and down the halls hitting the walls with their hockey sticks, yelling been ran into twice going around a corner as a kid was running unsupervised. I would hate to see them run around the corner and knock somebody over a accident waiting to happen
We had a great stay. The staff were so welcoming and polite. The pool was a great way for the kids to play in especially with the kiddie pool. A nice place to stay and would definitely recommend it!
